Moscow Pics and more... (E,S)

A couple of days are not enough but we still saw plenty of cool stuff...

At last we have some time to update pictures and tell you a bit about our time in Moscow. We have only spent there a couple of days before we took the train to Saint Petersburg.

The first day we spent several hours walking around the city. I was glad to find out that Russians are not as rude as people think. At the airport we even got offered to use cell phones for free so we can contact my friend.

The city is more beautiful than I thought. It is also pretty quite compared to other capitals of the world that I have been to.

I can tell now that Russian do drink a lot!!! it is a daily habit... to give you an idea, they don't even consider beer to be alcohol! I guess if it is not vodka, you can drink even in the morning!

We spent an afternoon visiting the Kremlin, it is really impressive: huge and fulll of color.

In the square there is the Church (or Cathedral) of Saint Basil which is a unique piece of art, extremely beautiful... it is ancient but it is very well preserved up until this day.

From the Church you can get a pretty view of the Red Square. We couldn't see Lenin though, it was the only day that such building was closed :( maybe on our way back to Moscow we'll see him, or whatever is left of him.

Updating this blog takes a really long time. I hope you guys won't mind that it is a work in progress...
Soon enough I'll be able to update pics from Saint Petersburg... stay tuned!

Son,Daughter,

Where and how in the hell are you?
We love you so much it hurts.
I went deep sea fishing last weekend and it was really cool. It was the first time I really caught the shit out of some fish. Highly recommended.

Greetings, friends.

I'm glad you're adding photos. I've found an extra memory card I've almost forgotten about and downloaded stuff from my mobile as well. Mind me sharing some pics? :)

I am so happy that you are putting these pictures out that I could just poop! I have one of your Nepal Pictures as the desktop background on this computer. Ya'll have surpassed Shane and Stanley for desktop pictures. I can't wait to see you two in person!
